I really like this team. They work hard, they are very coachable, they have a basketball aptitude, and they are fun to be around. We like to play a more uptempo/transition style but feel like we can also be effective in a half court game. We don't feature a lot of size and we do not have much depth. We have players that contribute through various roles and their acceptance of these roles has been a major factor in our success this season. Our weakness this year has been allowing too many offensive rebounds for second chance points. Our goal is to develop more depth the second half of the season and continue to find more balanced scoring.
